Leadership Retreats are a powerful way to propel organizations forward in a way that is not otherwise possible. Daily time constraints often make it difficult to spend the type of quality time needed to establish strong connections between leaders. Retreats build and strengthen relationships, deepen trust, and activate the group's vision. LII retreats provide an opportunity for you and the gang to sneak away for a day or two and focus your energy on the one thing that you all have in common - your passion for your organization.

As with the workshop offerings, LII retreats are custom designed - no two look alike. Some retreats are built around a specific workshop title, others are built from scratch. They typically involve team building and vision /goal setting activities, offer insight into specific leadership topics, and leave plenty of room for fun. Afterall, the group that plays together, stays together!
